Appearance: Carmen is a rather stunning looking creature she is very compact, strongly built with elegant movements. A Spanish queen and a stunning example for her breed. Though in conformation and build is the only thing that makes her an ideal Andalusian horse. Her body is mainly a cool clean white, mostly always clean and a stunning cool color. Though up her legs past her knees and hocks are four very high black stockings, solid from the hoof up. Clean with no excess feathering. Chest and hindquarters are thick and strong, her back is short and neck broad. Hanging over her thick neck her mane is a smoky almost solid black, a bit of white running through the shorter hairs and tips. Her tail slightly the same, though only the shorter hairs around the dock are white. The two small ‘whorls’ of hair near the base of her tail considered a sign of courage and good luck.

To the mare’s unique rather straight face, around her stunning pink eyes is a black ring on the right, the other eye almost nearly the same black ring, however this one is completely filled in with black. Her nose is also black, from the tip of her lips nearly halfway to her eyes. Two metal hoops pierced through her right black tipped white ear.

Personality: Carmen is a rather sweet mare half the time. She has a devilish side that really means little. Carmen is daring and ready to take a risk, easily angered with a fiery temper. She lacks some common sense and rarely thinks before she acts. She is very young at heart, normally one to play and take risks that a more knowledgeable horse wouldn’t take. She will normally talk to anyone and comes off as quite friendly. Carmen makes friends quite easily and has a tendency to play with others by changing form into predator animals and even the equine standing before them. Mind play is amusing to Carmen though regardless she is still a whole hearted mare with best wishes most of the time.

Power: Shifter, when shifted Carmen can take over the powers and abilities of the other animal. Though when she shifts and regardless what she shifts into her eyes remain pink and metal hoops through her ear.

History: Growing up rather simple Carmen led just as simple of a life. As a young horse Carmen was rather normal, not changing shapes or form, simply playing out her days in what seemed like a just as normal herd. One day when Carmen was around two years old a single wolf made an attempt at one of the young foals in the herd. While her sire was working on fighting the single wolf off two more approached, taking on the stallion. Instead of running Carmen felt a serge run through her body, eyes turning bright pink and body changing into the largest of the three wolves. Not only scaring off her sire Carmen stunned the wolves so much to have the run off without much of a fight, her stunning pink eyes and change of form something the canines could not apprehend.

When Carmen finally turned back into her equine form she felt different, and of course she was now alone. Her herd had run off, having little interest in the crazed shape changing filly. From then on she lived quite a life of solitaire. Changing into many forms she flew and ran her way over tons of terrain, finding herself in the safety of Abydos and feeling right at home. Not willing to change shape in front of others thus far into her wandering. A secret she believes will scare other equines off. Though she may prowl at night as a wolf or something else.
