Territory Challenges - You must be a stallion that is not currently leading a territory to challenge. However, you may currently belong to a territory at the time of challenging [It may be the same territory you are challenging for].
- Only stallions at the age of 3 or older may challenge for territory.
- To challenge for a territory:
- Post in this board IC making a challenge to the stallion.
- The stallion you are challenging has 3 days to reply to your thread. If the stallion does not reply, the territory is automatically yours.
- You may not challenge a stallion who has notified the site an extended absence unless that individual is gone for one month.
- If he does reply within the time limit, you each then have 3 turns each to attack each other.
- If, at any time, one of the fighters does not reply in 3 days, the challenge is automatically over, and the inactive member loses the challenge.
- Make these posts count! After you have each posted 3 times, the battle is over. Staff will then discuss the quality of these posts and decide upon a winner.
- The winner will be announced, and that stallion will then lead the territory.
Stealing
- Only stallions may steal, and they may only steal mares. Stallions belonging to herds that are not leaders do not need to be stolen to change territories.
- To steal a mare, post a riddle in this board that provides clues as to which mare you are attempting to steal. For example: If you are attempting to steal a mare named Lily, you may write a poem describing that type of flower.
- The stallion to whom the mare belongs to has 3 days to reply to the attempted stealing, and they must answer correctly with a maximum of 3 guesses. If he does not answer correctly in that time-span, the mare belongs to you.
- If the steal is successful, the stallion who made the steal must explain the riddle for the staff to make sure it is a fair steal.
