There is no plot-line that each member must follow. Here, you make the rules. Each equine in and of itself is its own deity. Each creature here is blessed with a power, and each may use these powers however they like. This is not a story of good versus evil. This is not a playwright wrought with romance and other such cliches.
Temples of Abydos is simply a canvas for which you can write your own story and design your own destinies.
The Temples of Abydos is divided into two lands: The Territories of Amun and the Territories of Osiris. These act as a light vs dark segregation, and each character may choose which territory it would better belong to. Though the equines of Amun are not strictly good, and the equines of Osiris not strictly evil, there is a clear separation of the types of equines found in these locations. Amun is made up of those who yearn for the peaceful attributes in life, whether it be peace of weather, or friendship, or peace of mind. Osiris, on the other hand, is made up of those who revel in chaos and enjoy the challenges that the rougher terrains have to offer them. The differences are slim, but the consequences of choosing where to live will be extraordinary.
For now, the realms live in peace. Whether that peace will remain is entirely up to you, the Creators. | |
